ER? Has the series finished?

Anyone know why it's not on this week? Don't remember hearing it was the last one in the series and it usually goes on a bit later into the year.

Yes, last weeks one with the explosion was the 'end of series cliffhanger'. Next series is the last one ever I believe.

Does anybody actually care who was in the exploding ambulance? Personally I'm rooting for Sam - she has REALLY annoyed me this sesaon. I love ER - but I'm taking refuge in the dvd sets - the current stuff doesn't even come close most of the time

I still enjoy it, but I think they have probably taken the right decision to finish it. It has been running a very long time, but I still think it is quality drama.

I think Sam is quite annoying too..

It definately has it's moments - but I'm going through season 1 on dvd atm - and even though I know it pretty well already I am SO enjoying every minute!
