I’m watching this on Netflix (originally ITV, I believe) and wondered if anyone else had. Sure, it’s a bit dated now and typical of its time, with lots of close ups of anguished faces and slo-mo shots! But I really enjoyed the first series with the Sikh lad … and a young Gerard Butler!
Series 2 isn’t really grabbing me in the same way. I don’t really care about any of the characters and it’s a bit slower, despite Julie Walters. It’s still a perfectly ok way to spend a few hours though and I’ll see it through.
What were your thoughts if you saw this?
