Recommend me some interesting TV series

I liked Sarah Beeny's 'Renovate Don't Relocate' and also 'Dragon's Den' but can't find anything similar no. I guess I'm looking for something that would be entertaining but would also be a way to learn something new or become curious about ideas I didn't know about before. Any recommendations?

Race Across the World - superb travel series with a competition element. Shows you places you never knew existed.

Endurance - Race to the Poles - with Ben Fogje and Dwayne Fields (current chief scout), recreating the race to the poles wearing authentic clothing, equipment etc. Fascinating series.
