just found out Ballard has come out on Prime.

the lead is the female detective that was on the last few episodes of the last season, she investigates cold cases.

bosch is going to be in a few episodes.

We’ve watched it. First couple of episodes I wasn’t sure, but it improved. Bosch not in it all that much.

just started episode two.

so far i’m enjoying it. 🤞

Is it less dark? Bosch was pretty much unwatchable due to being very dark.

@MillicentMaybe If they stick to the books, the character of Bosch should appear reasonably frequently. The problem might be that Titus Welliver will move on, and I doubt they will replace him.

I haven't watched The Lincoln Lawyer, but a friend told me that Bosch hasn't even been mentioned, even though he's the main character's half-brother and has appeared in the books. Admittedly, it's not made by Amazon, so maybe they own the character.
