Criminal Intent

Criminal Intent for me too. I have a big crush on Vincent D'Onofrio

I love Criminal Intent but have also enjoyed the re launch of the original.

SVU

SVU until Olivia Benson started whispering all the fucking time. Intense hushed words do add to drama but once it got so over done, it just got weird.

SVU all the way

Loved them all, to this date SVU is my default comfort (?!) viewing. It's the only one I actually have "on tap"

Criminal intent and the original series has also accompanied me on many a sleepless night. I sleep much better now, but still go back to SVU, despite how annoying Elliot can be.

The original was definitely the best, but some aspects of it haven't aged well, and it's not really available anymore. Unless anyone corrects me!

The original is my favourite, especially the first 10 years or so. Loved Briscoe, Logan and McCoy.

Liked SVU until Stabler left then it became a different show IMO.

SVU and the original about 15 years ago.

Olivia Benson is an absolute legend.

There was a spin off that only lasted one season that was about the trainee District Attorneys.
Does anyone remember that one?
I really liked it.
I think it was called "Conviction".
(going to Google......)
Edit : I have the name correct. It only had 13 episodes.
It had the Law and Order character of District Attorney Alex Cabot (actress Stephanie March).
Confusingly there was apparently a completely unrelated legal series also called Conviction about 10 years later.

Like most of the different ones, SVU was always my favourite until Olivia started getting promoted and the storylines started getting really boring. Find their private lives pretty annoying too. She was great partnered with Elliott Stabler, they were the best series of all.

Still watch original Law and Order in the afternoons sometimes, seen them many times they are pretty old now but they are still really good. Beats Midsomer Murders hands down.

Agree on barbar too. My other fav is munch

Quite like Bobby too, in Organised Crime.
I'm glad Olivia's face looks more normal now, she had weird fillers at points. Super distracting.
