Malory Towers new series - iplayer or cbbc

Anyone watching the new series? I love it. I loved the books when I was younger. I wish it had been on when i was young in the 80s. My dds enjoyed having the books read to them, but are too old to have really got into the tv series (unlike me.)

Yes I watched the first 2 today, it’s super!

Is it good? I stopped watching it in series 3 as it had strayed too far from the books. My eldest really enjoyed it though as he didn't know what the books were supposed to be like.

It is different from the books but I'm just enjoying it for its own sake. I wasn't keen on the ghost stuff in series 1, although thats probably because I'm not the target audience 😁
I like the coastal scenery and gardens.
