Black Forest Murders - new German noir series BBC4

In fact this started yesterday (saturday 31 May) and I had just skimmed over it as I thought it was, or it sounded like, a series that had already been shown.

But saw some reviews today saying it was really gripping.

Not sure I am ready for another series about women being murdered, but in case anyone is interested, it is available on iPlayer.

Yes I saw it and enjoyed it enough to see how it pans out next week .

I watched it, it's good although not 'gripping'. Watched the rest of the series on iPlayer as I really can't wait until next week, I'll have forgotten the plot by then (so not actually that memorable!)
The episodes make for a good TV session with an early supper after a busy day...

This is good. Hard to watch and knit due to subtitles but not a wacky convoluted plot so far and the forensic team stay in their role and don’t go off pretending to be the police or sleeping with the suspects.

I'd forgotten about this. Will check if I have recorded. Or I suppose it is on iplayer.

Am just finishing The Gold series 2 so need something to move onto and these seems to be getting positive feedback.

Finished this tonight. I thought it was very good. Nice to have a bit of realism on TV for a change.
