Me too. It will be interesting to contrast what they see in the Peak District with what they saw in the South of England.

I always learn something new from this programme.

Iolo is always a joy to listening to (and love listening to his soft, gentle Welsh lilt). The jury’s out though on his beard.

The Irish bird song person was fascinating( and had a nice gentle Irish voice to listen to).

Love the idea of Springwatch street, and nice to have a new, young presenter on board.

I didn't recognise Iolo at first. I quite like his beard.

@Ifailed I'll call it early summer too rather than spring.

A bit earlier in the year and we may have seen some Mountain Hares in their winter coats. Many, many years ago I went on a Mammal Society organised visit to that area of the Peak District to spot Mountain Hares.
