Morning all, I hope one of you savvy tech mumsnetters out there can help. We have been trying to cancel Disney+ and have followed all instructions given on the web and via the Disney+ app - it gives us instructions and tells us to do something when the option isn't available. can't find anyway of contacting them direct. Can cancel the direct debit. Can anyone help? I think husband is now at the point of throwing the computer through the window and we can't afford to replace either. Thank you all in advance (and sorry this is not specifically about TV)
