I feel the same. One or two I’ve liked, but nothing outstanding.

Saying that, I heard this Swiss one on the radio the other day and really liked it. I don’t think it’s quite sounding as good live.

Why didn't the UK use all the staging gizmos like other countries?

It is a lovely song but my fave Eurovision songs are the high energy ones and I’m not so keen on the ballads

It's absolute bollox. But it always has been. It's the embracing it for what it is can be hard (unless like me alcohol comes into play)

I am finding the big, but simple, ballads are providing much needed relief from all the banging and crashing and strobe lighting.
