Has anyone watched this? I can't see a thread. I absolutely loved it and have binged the whole thing. I've got everything crossed for series 2.

I'm in love with both Jack and Chayenne.

Oh yes I am watching it. The whole thing is absolutely gorgeous. So sassy and stylish. When Cheyenne argues with her mother in French. Wonderful stuff.

Not yet finished the series but I am already praying for season 2.

I didn’t realise it had started. What channel is it on please?

I’ve just finished this and came looking for a thread to chat to people about it. I really liked it. Thought it was both escapist and smart. Would love to watch a second series.

I'm not sure what to make of it. It seems so uneven and variable in tone and message: we have the guy who sells arms to dubious regimes, but then he's kind of played as an affable bumbler, and everyone just puts up with him. I know it's because he gives them money, but they don't seem to have much of a real moral struggle with it. And Cheyenne called him out at the gala, and it was met with much dismay and anger for about five seconds but then seemed to just disappear.
The running gag about the bull went on for way too long and was quite flat. I generally like Charlotte Gainsbourg, but I think she's bad in this. Or maybe she's just miscast.
I think Cheyenne is based on Sylvie Guillem. I know there's the thing with the pair of Sylvie Guillem's shoes, but I reckon they're doing that to try to misdirect and make it seem as if they are NOT ripping the piss out of her with the Cheyenne character Grin
I mean, I'm still watching it, even though I'm not sure if I like it. I really like Luke Kirby, and I am a sucker for watching people dancing and rehearsing in a ballet studio (I love the clobber!) I also like the completely nuts choreographer, who was brilliant if very weird in Mrs Maisel as well.
