What is this series???

Please help!
I watched a series a few years ago and cannot remember the name, nor find it on Google with anything I search!
The series is about a woman who starts stalking another woman, and it ends where we find out the stalkers brother died as a child and the other woman was responsible but repressed it.
The ending she kidnaps her children and takes them to a lighthouse... does anyone know what this series is called?

It rings a bell - how many years ago are we talking, and was it new then or a repeat?

This is definitely the answer. I knew it was some Channel 5 stuff. I've seen too many and they've all blurred into one.
