So I've just finished it and I'm slightly confused about the Joel/Midge outcome.

If you google it, it says everywhere they didn't get back together.
But I think it's heavily implied they did? She didn't remarry because she said she was still in love with Joel. And then at the end of the last episode she has their wedding photo on her desk?
Did anyone else interpritate it the same as me?
I just cannot accept they didn't get back together! I love them 🙈!
I need to find myself a Joel 😂🩷

I agree! It was very unsatisfying to be honest and felt rushed and messy!
After all that build up with Joel, I can't accept they didn't rekindle 🙈
