We've just started this parenting comedy and omg we feel so seen! It's so funny. Anyone else enjoying it. We're just the 2nd episode. Edit: I've just read it becomes less funny and more dark.

we watched a few episodes but the MF character is awful so we abandoned it. Surely nobody speaks to their kids like that.

It’s very divisive. I’ve watched all the episodes and I did find some of it made interesting observations on parenting but the parents are both so damaged and damaging to their children that it makes you wince a lot.

After 4/5 episodes we decided that the writer doesn’t have children and doesn’t know anyone with children so we stopped watching. Is that the ultimate premise then, that they are appalling emotionally abusive parents? Because it doesn’t position itself like that. It’s positioned like you’re supposed to laugh when the father is shouting swear words at the young children.
