Did anyone watch last night's Sort Your Life out with the family from up North? I found it a really hard watch and quite upsetting. What a gorgeous family they were! And Linda was such a brave lady. Put everything in perspective for me!

I agree. It brought tears to my eyes. Such a lovely family.
Stacy Solomon also, for once, calmed down, went a bit quieter and was very moved by the situation. She handled her emotion well.

I really like the programme, it’s revealing and fun fly on the wall stuff and I’m glad it’s so helpful to families but Stacy! All that over enthusiastic waving and hugging is a bit distracting.
