Recently finished The Resident & we’ve seen all of Greys Anatomy. Is there anything similar apart from ER?

The Good Doctor. Although I never finished it.

Emily Owens, M.D. is really well worth a watch. Stars Mamie Gummer, Meryl Streeps daughter

St elsewhere- old school but brilliant and still relevant on many ways.
Chicago hope also old school but excellent. Around the same era as ER

transplant is excellent.
saving hope- slightly supernatural twist but I really enjoyed it. Great characters and acting/writing

i also liked Emily Owen but can’t find it atm.

i wasn’t keen on New Amsterdam, it got a bit holier than thou and when it started on the nhs is euthanising children and the US is here to save them was when I packed it in.

ER is absolutely the GOAT though- nearly every single drama coming after (looking at you, greys anatomy) steals from it.

There's a new one called The Pit (I think) starring Noah Wyle from ER. Not sure if it's out yet, or what it is like, but have seen.it advertised heavily.

I really want to watch The Pitt, but can't find it on any UK platform.

Nurse Jackie is excellent but more character-based, I was gutted when I finished it though.

I've found a new one called Doc - only 3 episodes so far but very promising.

There's Chicago Med - part of the Chicago Fire/Chicago PD franchise where the characters sometimes cross over, but I don't think it's as good as some of the others already mentioned (and prefer the fire station).

I really like New Amsterdam.

Got so invested with the characters in The Resident & I really miss it! Hoping a 7th series will be made.

Prime has, I think, 9 seasons
