Seems a bit dumbed down!
Can't believe these are the fittest celebs we could come up with?

Eliminator shorter with harder bits removed - they had ladders instead of rope climb etc.

We saw the first series being filmed

It was a laugh, I enjoyed it

But I mean I can believe that they were the fittest ones they could find who wanted to do it

Well my 7 year old (who is presumably the core audience) loved it and I thought it was good to see 'everyday' celebrities having a go. Is assumed it would be ex sports stars and other super fit ones.

I don't think they were the fittest celebrities who wanted to do it, they were probably some of the few celebrities who said they'd do it!

I thought it was great, any opportunity to see Steel and Phantom again... 😍

Yes if you find the parentinghell podcast episode where Rob talks you through it they were called up last minute. They also agreed with the producers re what they would do ie rope / ladder etc.

I felt a bit bad for Louise

She really struggled with the beginning bit and I don't think anyone's had trouble with that bit before

We thought it was hilarious. If they'd had super fit celebrities it wouldn't have been as funny. It was good for a bit of light hearted fun.

Rob Beckett talked very openly about how terrified he was and how filming had to pause so he could be supported through a panic attack and how he felt doing it with his children watching.

We thought it was great fun and way better because they weren't all super fit athletic types. It was like any one of us up on screen giving it a go. Fair play to them all for doing it
