IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBS WITH BBC?

i have virgin tv and i haven't been able to get any BBC chanels all day.
Eastenders is on now and its bugging me that i can't watch it.

is it just my tv or is there a problem with all Virgin customers?

I'm with Virgin & BBC keeps freezing then disappearing - always happens at really important times, like in the middle of The Apprentice! grrrrr
