I know it's trash TV but just what I need in my life at the moment. Anyone watching or know of any existing threads?

Ooh someone to talk to about it as noone in my actual life watches it! Is it me or do all the men, except Caleb, seem extremely toxic? Also on the topic of Caleb, he seems very slow- medication? Illness? Neurodiversity?

I want to shout to Aria - run! Scotty spends every moment telling her how she needs to do better - be more affectionate, praise him more.... And he's so unpleasant - the way he was with Zaina....

I agree, it's looks like emotional abuse! She was such a happier person with her trial husband. No wonder she's unsure about marrying him!

Yes, she suddenly realised how nice it was to have someone treat her kindly and uncritically! I feel sorry for Zaina. It feels like she's trying so hard to show JR she's worth marrying

Zaina seems very confident but is clearly very insecure, JR is only making those insecurities even bigger by being flirtatious with other girls and a 'player' like Nick described him.

I also feel sorry for Sandy, her and Nick seem very toxic together, individually they seem like decent people. Although I think Nick needs a couple of years alone to focus on his mental health.

Yes Nick is a bit volatile and highly strung.
I'm not sure if I like sandy, but it could be because it still seems like an affair even though they're "exes" and she and JR wasted no time in getting pretty flirtatious.
When they mention they kissed twice - I thought they'd done more - but how physically affectionate they were straightaway would be a big shock for Zaina and nick

That's true I wouldn't be surprised if JR and Sandy got a lot more intimate. What do we predict will happen next? I'm thinking:

Sandy and Nick- nay
Zaina and JR- yay but think it should be a nay personally
Aria and Scotty- nay
Vanessa and Caleb- yay, meh

Sandy and nick - definite no.
Where have you seen up to? I wouldn't be surprised by sandy and jr saying no to the others and deciding to be together even if not engaged
Caleb and Vanessa - they're so earnest! I think they each need someone with a bit of lightness in their souls!
Aria I really really hope that's a no.
It's a shame the other couples made a run for it

I'm at the point where they make their decisions, so where it ends, basically waiting for the next episodes to be released.

I don't think Sandy was into JR as much as he was into her, but I might be wrong!

Caleb and Mariah are awkward and wooden. Even snippets of their social media shown on the show they look like strangers

Was there an Australian version where each couple lived separately - and they were always shocked that there was only one bed? I remember it being much more fun than this.
They couldn't drag this out any further if they tried.

@WhisperGold don't know if there was an Australian version - there was a gay version and another straight one before that. I really enjoy it til it gets near the end when there's just too much endlessly going over and over same thing

Just finished watching. Glad it didn't go on forever like MAFS as I would have quickly got bored. The reunion was interesting, some of them didn't come across very well and it was actually quite embarrassing to watch!

Sandy and Nick are stuck in a toxic roller coaster type relationship. At first I thought it was because she was a party girl and not wanting to settle down but he does seem to be very unstable and she is spending most of her time managing his emotions and not getting her needs met. I but yge mum is delighted that she is out of it now.
Scott was awful and nasty. I was shouting at her to run. According to her brother ( who also doesn't like him), he's like their dad who reading between the lines was not a good egg.
Caleb seemed the best of the guys, harmless if a little cringey with the hand holding and eye gazing.
Zaina was good but her mannerisms with the hair flicking and giggling put me off. She was a bit cringey at the reunion too.

I've just started series 1 but I'm loving it so far!
