can anyone name this programme for me??

so i think ITV or Channel 4 showed this programme about a child expert who went into schools, she identified 4/6 children who were going to be great leaders iykwim and then worked with them to develop their skills.

can anyone name the programme for me and the child expert?? have just spent an hour on the internet and still cant find anything...
