Saw a video of Melvin arriving at the hotel…no Tulisa?
Jane and Dean were there to greet him…has she done a runner?
I liked Melvin I’d have preferred others to have gone …GK or the rev

I’ve not seen terrible posts on here about her …people were surprised and commented as it’s obvious she looks v v different and had clearly had tweaks done as she has changed a lot facially! It’s clear as day…

You can’t pick and choose the publicity you takes the money you takes your chances…these shows pay the ££ and the publicity that brings with it….but it will be good and bad …once you put yourself out there.

Yes and when people make themselves look so extreme it will attract comment, bit like Katie Price. I understand she says her facial fillers were to try and balance out palsy but that doesn't explain the overfilled lips and the ott lashes.

I'm not criticising her just an observation and as I say if you do that people will notice. I wonder if she has some kind of dysphoria going on.

She seems so nice and quiet I hope she tries a more natural look.

Tulisa has stated that she felt overwhelmed after leaving the jungle and needs some quiet time

I agree @ilovebrie8 I expressed surprise at her appearance because I hadn't seen her since X Factor and she looked so different. I hope she's ok.

I wonder why she has gone on this show as she seems so sensitive and even vulnerable. Seeking fame and publicity but then uncomfortable with fame and publicity.
I think she needs to get back out of the public eye seek a low maintenance lifestyle and image, then maybe she'd much happier.

There were some horrible posts about her appearance on the earlier threads. While I doubt Tulisa is a MNetter, if she has seen similar on Twitter then I am not surprised she has taken herself away from it all

You can say she put herself in this situation but nobody deserves awful things said about their looks

I hope Tulisa is OK and just wants some time to decompress.
I can't imagine being with what is effectively a bunch of strangers for 24/7 for the last 2 weeks.
I thought she came across really well in there.
It might have been a bit of a shock to be voted out quite early I suppose.

There really weren't. Comments yes, but ones of surprise at how she looked.

I really don't like the incessant policing on MN about any woman commenting on another woman's appearance. Derogatory, spiteful bitching for the sake of it is one thing, but those in the public eye do tend to solicit critique and opinion. Constantly shutting it down is tiresome.

I suppose it doesn't help anyone's self esteem to feel they've been voted off or out, especially when they haven't. The IACGMOOH vote is for the people you want to keep and she just got less positive votes.

It might seem like a moot point, but I don't think it's as hurtful as being top of a poll where people actively voted to get rid of someone, even if the end result is the same.

As for remarking on Tulisa's appearance, I haven't read a lot of comments, but personally I was shocked at the things she's had done, not to alleviate any health problems, but style choices that I really don't think she needs, or that serve her well and which looked glaring by contrast with the other women and also the rugged environment. Sadly those procedures have probably come from insecurity and all the negative feedback is only going to make that worse. The DS piece quotes her as saying the channel has been kind and patient, so I hope she's ok, has support in place and takes the time she needs, if indeed that's what it's all about.

I do agree. Whilst drama and fallouts make great entertainment, it can all be really toxic and predictable too.

The whole world seems to be in some kind of conflict right now, so to see a group of people being nice to each other and genuinely seeming to like the company of everyone, is refreshing and a tonic to the usual reality tv show dramatics.

Agree. Once Dean had gone, for me it's not a case of who I dislike, but who I like the most out of a group I like, which fits the voting format.

But I still find picking one front runner pretty impossible.

I can't call it either, but my faves are Oti, Colleen, Barry and Alan so I would like to see them in final.

Apparently there is a golden Ticket to be won for one person, it guarantees them a place final four and avoids the next two votes.

It reeks of producers trying to cherry-pick the final, and maybe one of their favourites is not doing too well in the votes.

Two things i take from this .

Colleen isn’t actually doing that well in the vote .

There are people doing far better in the vote that they would like and want them eliminated .

I think the booze and food helped

What makes you think Colleeen isn't doing well in the votes?
Her name is usually called out early as being safe.

Either way, I don't like the idea that one person is guaranteed to be in the final through luck or manipulation.
