Magical / Witchy shows

I've always loved witchy shows and books and I know I'm not the only one.

Discovered a 'new' one yesterday, actually it's from 2015 but new to me anyhow Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell on Prime based on a book by Susanna Clarke - Napoleonic England where magic is accepted and known about and used to help fight the war. It's an interesting and a creative take on magical storylines, thought I'd flag it for anyone else that missed it.

I know there's lots of people who enjoyed the Mayfar Witches, and, well tolerated the absolute bodge job they did of A Discovery of Witches.

Thanks, I'll.check that out. I loved The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, dark in parts, funny in parts, was a disappointed when it ended.

Yes I liked Sabrina, was disappointed initially as loved the Nickelodeon show as a teen but got into the more adult, darker side quite quickly, was thrilled they had one of the original aunts.

I started to rewatch Charmed recently and Buffy, my goodness they have aged. The internet is barely a thing andits all flip phones with aerials.

Loved Buffy and Charmed. Agatha all along is my recent pick. The first couple of episodes aren't great, but it is good once it gets into the swing of things. I found Mayfair witches unwatchable.

I want Agatha's wardrobe, I definitely have coat envy.
