What was this little BBC series for children?

They were short videos about a teddy bear and things he got up to. It was like a stop animation thing as I recall, using a real bear. In one episode he learned about washing his hands, and in another one I think he went to space? It can only have been on 3/4 years ago as I used to watch it with DS, but I can't find it on iPlayer.

When my youngest was small there was one called Little Charley Bear , narrated by James Corden- not sure if it was stop motion, but they were fairly short episodes and he did a lot of things like went to space, and became a ballet dancer .

DD2 is 14 though now, so it was a while ago
