Rivals: who does the actor playing Declan's son remind me of?

It's driving me mad. He looks like an older actor. I can almost see him but my brain can't quite get there. Any suggestions?

He is sort of similar to lots of people -from Timothy challot (the curly hair) or the young teen in Agatha all along.

I had this. I think for me it’s a younger Evan Peters. Not all the time. But there’s glimpses.
