Just wondered what everybody’s opinions are of Ella on MAFS Season 8.
Watching an episode just now where they are discussing intimacy, she says “Not having the intimacy is a trigger for me, I was in a relationship before…. When I eventually told him about me being trans he wouldn’t touch me or have sex with me”

am I being unreasonable to think that if they had been intimate before her revealing she was trans and the man unknowingly doing so, that she should be jailed?!

If you do a search, I'm pretty sure Ella was discussed last year in the MAFS threads.

Why should she be jailed? What is your reasoning behind that?

Sex by deception is a criminal offence. If you conceal from someone a fact that you know would lead them to withdraw consent then you don't have their true consent. You have deceived them into consenting.

Because I feel like it should be a crime for a biological male to essentially lie to another male for them to have sex with them? Like it seems coercive

I'm surprised anyone would not realise Ella is Trans. She is an attractive and feminine lady but still apparently male to me. If alcohol was involved then I may understand how someone wouldn't.

I don't know how I feel about that incident. I immediately feel jail is too severe yet also think someone who unsuspectingly had sex with Ella or anyone like Ella without knowing or being told could feel very traumatised at the thought this was a biological male.
