Gok is fab, and anything that makes women feel good about their bodies can only be a good thing. However have you noticed they always seem to have tall curvy women with large breasts on there?! When is he going to show the rest of us with our pear shapes and rather smaller breasts how to look good naked too?

I wasn't too impressed with last nights prog, didn't like the clothes he chose for her. Also, I didn't think she had anything wrong with her at all - what belly?
I'd love to have the guts to do the show though. Watching it has given me the impetus to try to look and feel better about my body, so its been good.

agree hair was fantastic, and makeup etc, but didn't like the choice of clothes, altho underwear was good.

i liked the coat and didn't rate the skinny jeans and bow trimmed top.

The increasing nakedness is just about inflation of the stakes...last series being naked on a private shoot was enough, now it is public nakedness, next series will be full frontal in front of a building site

I don't often always like the clothes he chooses, the coat sucked, the sleeves looked too short

and she needed a V neck. The round neck nude thing with the bow was too high for her norkage

What annoys me about these types of programmes is that the women are pressured to always dress in figure hugging "sexy" clothes. What would be liberating for women would be if we are allowed to wear comfy jogging bottoms just because they are practical and comfy, and not be always under pressure to show off our figures.

I also think it is a bit demeaning for all these women to have to be in their underwear or naked - is this what we are reduced to?

But..... I do like watching the programme!
