Ive just watched the first two episodes of this season, I don’t know who most of them are but Bobby Norris is comedy gold 🤣. The shaking, the noises, the crying I shouldn’t laugh but it’s so funny. But at the same time I’ve warmed to him straight away and really want him to overcome his fears and do well. He seems so fragile and sensitive I’d love him to find his inner strength and start smashing the tasks.

Has anyone watched the boxer guy being i’interrogated’ yet? His comments about his dad are so sad, and did my eyes deceive me or at the end did Billy look emotional and the other guy say ‘hold it together’?

Usually I'd fight you for him but I'm very team Ovie on this one (not getting enough air time at the moment!).

There's a hell of a lot of turkey teeth and lip filler on this season. Was actually glad when Marnie left, she was just whiny. Think Cherry is coming across well, as is Georgia.

Plenty of Ovie time tonight. He did so well in the test and then ... but I'm glad he made the decision he did.
Feel like we are getting to know some of them more now.

I like to think my menopause rage could carry me through some things like the fighting and I'd give tasks like driving, shooting and abseiling a good go, but beasting like tonight with endless physical tasks I reckon I'd be withdrawn for the sake of the team too

I was worried we were losing Ovie tonight, they seem to give a lot of air time to the ones about to go out. Glad he stayed. It did seems a bit over sensitive but I guess everything is heightened when you are cold and tired.

When he said 'I just wanted him to love me'.

I haven't stopped thinking about that sentence since.

What was his grandad thinking, saying to a 5 year old that he was the man of the house now??

I wonder how Ovie will cope with the interrogators - they'll really push his buttons and try to humiliate him now they know how his mind works

I would have liked to hear all their letters to help understand them all more. Maybe Ovie, Antony, Cherry asked for them not to be aired on tv.

Hang on there's 7 left isn't there? We heard Bobby, Bianca and Lani letters. Not Ovie, Antony or Cherry. Who am I missing?

This programme is new to me, I've only seen the last couple of episodes. I saw this thread and thought I might come in and share my gentle observations and wise words with you but I see @IchiNiSanShiGo has summed up my feelings on the matter rather succinctly.

Seems we are all fighting over the Foxy one.
He annoys people with his talking out the side of his mouth thing that he does. Adds to his appeal.
Dh went to see him doing one of his SAS talks and nearly the entire audience were women apparently 😆

I don't know which one is Foxy! What happened to Ant Middleton? I have to say the programme doesn't miss him at all for me!

Just catching up on last weekend. The beasting seemed very unfair, a 51yr old woman was not going to keep up with younger fit candidates. Also the car thing, surely you'd have the vip in the same car or give them weapons. You'd think it would be a fail to run into a hail of bullets unarmed.

So interesting to hear their back stories and how our childhood makes us the people we are. Cherry with her addict df, Ovie with his awful mother. Fascinating how he is like the terminator fitness wise but reduced to tears over them laughing at his too small fleece. It really does give an insight into human behaviour.

I like them all, but think Georgia, Pete, Bobby and Cherry really show a bit of grit considering they are fluffy tv stars not hardened competitors.

I learned from that. I was initially surprised at him being annoyed. I thought the laughing about the fleece was a friendly joshing type thing because he's so big and muscly and he'd just grabbed the fleece as a make do to warm up a bit. I really felt for him after hearing why he was upset.

Yes I found it really sad, just so interesting what lies beneath the surface. The instructors are so good how they're all tough but seem to be able to get the candidates to open up.

I thought Foxy could've shared a bit more though when Ovie asked him how he dealt with emotions that can impact negatively and he said he doesn't overthink things, but hasn't he been diagnosed with ptsd? So obviously he has a lot of awareness about wellbeing and behaviour. Obviously not the same thing but to say he doesn't overthink things would seem a bit dismissive.

The statement that came out about Ant:

In other words he became a bit of a cock! He went to do the Aussie SAS which you might be able to find online, if you're still in need of Ant time!

As an aside I had no idea that it was the same Ovie who was in Love Island a few years ago. Seemed a totally different character then, laid back chilled and funny. I suppose it is down to the editing. Is WDW filmed over weeks or days?

Are we all up to date yet? Don't want to spoil anything but I don't understand Ovie..
