I wfh and sometimes have something on in background as company..absolutely loved motherland. Anything like this? We have Amazon Netflix and Disney (for kids obv!)

I love all British comedies- as well as motherland I love Friday night dinner and outnumbered

The detectorists - 30 minute episodes, British comedy, feel good show.

Modern Family is on DisneyPlus. The first 5 seasons are brilliant and can be watched over and over

Bbc iplayer have got a detective comedy out next week with Anna Maxwell Martin and David Mitchell.
Looks good so will be watching.

Breeders is good, that's a Sky programme just come onto Netflix. It's Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard playing a London based couple with kids.

The Letdown is like Australian motherland.
Workin Mom's Canadian.

But for mild British humour, Mum, Him and Her, Friday Night Dinner are my go tos.

I liked Breeders and Catastrophe.

I really liked Workin moms, on Netflix. A Canadian show, there are a few series

The Power of Parker BBC Iplayer. Might be a bit more 'sit down and watch' rather than background. But it's very funny. Set in Stockport in the 1990s
