Not keen on the soprano singing those spirituals. They sounded awful. She was better in the last price though. Although I don't much like opera.

I don't think they have the regional Proms again this year? They didn't seem to come back after covid, I miss them.

I used to enjoy seeing all the camping chairs on the Titanic Slipway.

Love Angel Blue's voice and she's bringing a lovely playfulness to it - the flowers - that one she slipped under the violin's chair.... 😄

The spirituals didn't suit her- I was disappointed. But she's been fab in everything else. Love her ironic hat!.

I think if I'd been asked to sing at the Last Night of the Proms, I'd have made sure to learn the words to Rule Britannia.

She sounds fab though.

And I suppose it would be quite embarrassing if you went wrong, so maybe better safe than sorry.

I love Pomp and Circumstance. We used to do the whole thing every Christmas in an orchestra I was in.

I was at Hyde Park in 2019 for the last Proms in the Park. Really miss it and wish it would return.

The last night is one of my must sees of the year.
