Why are all these thread titles in capitals? It properly grates on me. Also, are no other title formats allowed? They all seem to be created by the same poster in the same format.

Of course other formats are allowed

It's just what this poster does. And that's ok. Some posters have a certain style don't they.

Capitals on web pages are considered shouting.

Also means that anyone using assitive technology, like a talking browser, will have difficulty translating it into normal talking.

Yes, I think it’s the fact that it comes across as shouting which grates on me!
