I had to go out so missed the final set of Jasmine’s match. Very pleased she won but tough for Donna to lose it with such a close scoreline.

Elena seems to have the edge here - hard not to think that Barbora’s long doubles match yesterday on top of her quarter final isn’t having an impact on her.

I’m feeling a bit short changed watching this match after missing the first semi (unless something drastic happens)

I do struggle a bit with Rybakina - has anyone seen her sister who’s with her this year? She seems the complete opposite of Elena, pulling faces, waving her arms around and getting really animated

Chessie no, it's got to be affecting Barbora really- and she played til late the night before.
But fair play to her, she gave everything to both matches yesterday, her level didn't drop in the doubles because she knew she was playing today.

Fizzy Elena is a great player, but her face gives nothing away , at least , not until she wins. She's not one of the most demonstrative . If the final is between her and Jasmine, it will be an interesting contrast.
