Has anyone watched this? I’ve just binged it all this weekend. I loved Ryan from MDLNY and follow him on Instagram so was aware that he’d started his own brokerage. Some of the agents are absolute horrors. Jonathan is probably one of the worst examples of a human being I’ve seen on an entertainment show for some time and Chloe’s ability to make every single thing about her was as impressive as it was awful.

Some serious serious property on show though. I never fail to be astounded at how expensive property is in New York.

Watching it as , like you, I was a fan of Ryan from MDL. He was the only vaguely “ “ normal” one compared to the egotistical Fredrik, the far too good looking for his own good Steve and the annoying and over enthusiastic little Luis .
Following his story with interest. Only on ep 2 and hoping to stay awake long enough to finish the series. 😴

Oh I still follow Frederik, his lifestyle is insane. Wealth beyond what one person can even begin to imagine. Still full of it though.

I have also followed him since his MDL days and feel like I know him haha. He's done so well for himself, and seems a truly motivational leader.

I didn’t know Ryan was on another show, but I like him! He’s like a human Labrador, everything is awesome! Not many of the brokers are likeable though, except Jordan who used to be Ryan’s assistant.

On episode 4 and loving it. What program is MDL, I have never seen it.

Million Dollar Listing New York. There’s like 13 series of it. Ryan is so young in the beginning. I don’t think he’s changed really. Got a bit more boujie perhaps but he has the same zest for life 😂

I loved this SO MUCH - I've just watched the London one, too, although I can't remember the name of the guy running the agency.

I clearly need to move sector - one manager gave me a Terry's chocolate orange for going above and beyond, once, but it pales in comparison to a Cartier watch.

Oh god yeah the Cartier watch was something else.

I tried hard not to let Fredrik annoy me but realistically I admired him hugely for his professionalism and drive and am pleased he’s happily married with the most perfect husband, children and lifestyle one could only dream of . As well as being a hugely successful real estate mogul . Wonder what Ryan really thinks of him 🤔???

In the scene where Jonathan sits down with Savannah to apologise, tell me I’m not wrong in saying the guy was completely and utterly out of it. His entire persona was different. I’m not great at spotting the signs of drug taking, but I think this behaviour would fit the bill?

I thought that a few times actually and then wondered if I was just being unfair because of his danish? Twang and his weird habit of not really moving his lower jaw when he speaks but he is an incredibly odd man.

This was so so good. I kept bypassing it on Netflix thinking it would be similar to the others, don't get me wrong I'm a huge selling sunset fan and watch all of the others but this left me binging and wanting more . It was very well done, I haven't seen him in his early years but was aware of him . Hopefully there's more.

I'm on episode 7 and had never heard of Ryan. Usually don't like people on these kind of programmes but there is something very endearing about him.

Jonathan looked interesting initially but his character is so vile, he has become very, very unattractive.

The woman who used to be a singer is also awful. So full on and me, me, me.
