Hi I'm on mat leave my baby is 9 weeks and I'm sick of going out shopping everyday to ensure I don't crack up, I want to get into some good series, any recommendations, I like most types for example gossip girl, vampire diaries, prison break, all the Chicago's

I loved offspring when up all night with my youngest. Not quite to your brief but try and stick through first episode.

I presume you've done greys anatomy?

PossumintheHouse · 03/07/2024 17:23

Loads to binge on Netflix if you like thriller/psychological stuff. Behind her Eyes, Cabinet of Curiosities, Black Mirror, Worst Roommate Ever.

Sopranos, the wire, schitts creek, succession, the good place.

BigFatLiar · 03/07/2024 17:28

NCIS, Enemy at the door, Endeavour, Morse, Lewis, Murdock, X-Files

I know what you mean I felt the same when my little one was that small because I was in the house a lot.
I watched greys anatomy, ER, The west wing, orange is the new black, this is us, parenthood, gilmore girls. Lots of others that I can't remember right now.
Towards the end of my mat leave I found podcasts to be really good and audiobooks because I could go for a long walk somewhere nice and use the baby carrier or take the buggy.

I watched the entire back catalogue of Celebs Go Dating with my first

What about Schitts Creek that sounds like it will fit the bill

BobnLen · 03/07/2024 20:44

I recently watched The Fosters and am now watching the spin off, Good Trouble, both on Disney.

GalacticalFarce · 03/07/2024 20:52

The Originals (free on itvx Vampire diaries spin off which is way better than vampire diaries)

True Blood - sky

Game of Thrones - sky
