Anyone watching?

Some fabulous apartments but New York property never feels as luxurious as the LA shows.
I always enjoyed Ryan on Million dollar listing and find the rise of his business fascinating, but his motivational speaker stuff on social media is so annoying. So I'm not sure how much of this I'll be able to cope with.

Oh I enjoyed it. Binge watched it at the weekend. Lots of property porn and more variety in the properties than in LA which all end up being a bit 'samey'.

However some of the scenes are bit too 'set up'. Would you really randomly turn up on top of a spectacular building to give your employee a bollocking? Surely, like in the real world, you'd call them into the office? At times it's painfully obvious that a lot of them, Ryan included, were wannabe actors.

I'm loving how well all the property is shot. And tuning out the sob stories.

Love the Brownstones and older properties, what amazing places to be able to afford to live!

Binged it, love Ryan - watched him in the previous one.

I was sure he was gay before I found out he was married with kids! He has kind eyes.

I've still two episodes to go, I can't believe he didn't fire the podcast pair (yet?).

It's things like that that make it feel just set up for drama. I really can't believe anyone would think that was acceptable even the awful Jonathon? And who is the podcast for? Is it just an internal one for Serhant employees? I can't imagine the general public would be interested in a couple bitching about their colleagues?

Probably. They didn't need it, there's always enough drama in the deals and clients on these shows.

The podcast pair clearly thought they were way more known than they are. I suppose they are now and it would have got them the notice they wanted.
