I stand by my comment at the beginning of the series ref Mimi. It’s like she’s sedated. She doesn’t get upset about anything and she doesn’t get excited by anything either. She seems to have just one setting which is horizontal.

I thought Trey comes across as disinterested when he’s with Jess but he seemed exactly the same when he was talking to Ellie so not sure what’s going on with him.

Didn’t see the black girl (can’t remember her name) talking to any of the boys after the initial introductions.

I think that blonde Casa girl thinks she’s had more of an impact on Ciarah than she has… he didn’t even remember meeting her!

Ayo will come back with Jess. It's like he has woken up he seems much more livelier with Jess. Mimi is lovely but too laid back almost horizontal.

Completely agree. They really have done him dirty with the edits - viewers want to see him. They don’t even show him talking to the camera, let alone any of the girls!

I do feel sorry for Mimi, but as someone mentioned she just seems numb, like she doesn’t have much emotion, maybe it will come out when she realises Ayo doesn’t feel the same way.

Usually on Casa a couple of the newbies are popular and we barely see the others, until they’re unceremoniously dumped when Casa is finished, but this time all the girls seem to be in the running except maybe diamanté (!) who hasn’t had much screen time. It must be so humiliating telling everyone you’re going on LI and doing the ‘I never struggle getting attention’ intro video only to get zero airtime and leave with barely a mention!

The girl who went to wake the boys up has a verrrry high opinion of herself. I’d not be able to stand being in her orbit very long.

I think while Mimi does come across as low energy and not well suited to LI, it’s difficult to see how much of her personality is or isn’t being shown.

I was surprised to hear Ronnie name her (along with Joey) as the one he’ll miss most. For her to get on with a guy likes Ronnie means she might be a bit more lively than we think possibly?

There is no way Ayo would stay with her beyond Love Island though so he may as well crack on with this new Jess.

I like how Ciaran is standing his ground about staying faithful and wasn’t letting that girl drag him into saying anything he would regret. I don’t think him and Nicole can last though unless she seeks help for her issues tbh. If she was a guy who had been cheated on and was behaving like that to a woman, we’d tell the woman to run. Well I would anyway.

Jess wheeling out her 'I'm the prize' again makes me cringe. I just find her too hard faced in her conversations with the boys, it's quite cocky flirting but I think it misses the mark. Although she seems to have some interest.

The more I’ve seen of Grace I can’t see how she would have ever been interested in Joey. She runs rings around him intelligence wise and seems like a cool girl. Joey might be totes famous but he is deffo not cool! 😂

Yeah and Grace seems to have a decent vocabulary unlike Joey and many of the other islanders.

My guess is she was probably first attracted to the fame, so she gave him a chance, and then he turned on the charm. had sex etc and she was hooked. Now he has treated her poorly twice, I doubt she’ll go back for a third time.

I also think Joey was feeling a bit insecure when he ditched her for Jess, as it had started to become obvious he wasn’t Grace’s usual type. So I don’t think he would ever want to get back with her either.

It’s not unusual with LI for the black couples to get zero airtime but I do think Mimi is just pretty bland. Probably a lovely girl and I’m not surprised that the boys like her but I think she’s just not very show business, not sure why she went on here tbh. I like her but I kind of hope Ayo does recouple, it would be nice to see a bit more of him.
Konnor also seems a bit dull, the way he handled the Grace situation was so wet. Probably a nice guy but I wish he stood up for himself a bit.
