What I do feel is Love Island is ignoring those two couples and barely giving them airtime. I have my thoughts on the reasons why.

I get Harriet and Ronnie are seen as interesting due to the drama…But look how much coverage Sean and Matilda have had already compared to either of those couples.

If he started at 16 he’d have to sleep with 24 a year on average. Assuming less in the early years and more in the later years, a one night stand every 1-2 weeks doesn’t sound WILDLY impossible, especially if you’re going out a few nights a week?

True she isn’t admitting to fancying any specific guys (of any race) and I think her behaviour has been messy with her backtracking after subtly encouraging men, but tbf that’s not to do with their race. That’s because she wants to be “ closed off” with Joey!

So I wouldn’t say she is not “admitting” she likes black men.

I'm not keen on Grace by any means, but I do think she might struggle a bit with being blunt and telling someone she's not interested.

I'm glad Joey has been picked by this new girl as I doubt Grace would have carried anything on with Konnor so now hopefully Joey will show himself to be the twat he is and she might give him a chance (or it will create a bit of drama at least).

I always think when heart rates are raised by someone they really shouldn't be (Molly and Callum spring to mind!) it's more down to nerves that they want the opposite to happen. At least that's what I'm hoping for with Burger King man and Jess, although to be fair they're probably better off with each other, saving them from inflicting themselves on anybody else.

I have also always wished this... also for someone to do a big speech then jokingly pick someone totally random just for the reaction, before correcting themselves. I'm guessing they're told to keep it serious for the 'drama' as there's barely ever any banter to be had.

I don't get the Grace hate really. I don't see her as being manipulative or deceptive - as a previous poster just said, I think she is not blunt/matter of fact in communication and so sometimes the message is not clear. When she was talking to Konner I totally got that she was trying to let him down gently but just too gently.

It reminded me of some conversations I have with Japanese colleagues at work - with their communications stye, to their mind, they are clearly delivering a message but you really have to really read between the lines to understand it. Grace's communication style is very indirect.

Nicole is going to push Kieran away - way too needy, after the honeymoon period is over he won't want to put up with it.

I also wish they would all take it less seriously. I would love a contestant to pick a music artist and slip song titles into each of their recoupling speeches to see if anyone picks up on it.

I think that Joey Essex could have alarm bells going off about Grace due to the challenge yesterday where he wasn't the one that raised her heart rate the most and the fact that Konnor recoupled with her - I think it's making him doubt his place with her and he's looking elsewhere now due to insecurity potentially. I think he is quite an insecure person because it was evident with how he acted with Omar.

I personally feel like Grace did give Konnor the wrong impression and may have led him to believe there is a slight chance.

I honestly don't think Joey is her type to be honest. I think she likes the status of being with Joey Essex but deep down I don't think he's her type.
