Suzy and Jeannie are identical twins, but the 29-year-olds - one a mother of three, the other a successful businesswoman - hold very different opinions about their bodies. "The first thing we've got to do," the adorable stylist Gok Wan tells the twins as he prepares to transform them into gorgeous creatures confident enough to be seen naked by millions, "is to hug each other until we fart!" It's hard to imagine Trinny and Susannah or Nicky Hambleton-Jones using such words, but then, in the world of television makeover shows, Gok is unique. There's no bullying or exhortations to go under the knife, just positive, reassuring words that can bolster a woman's ego in the same way a good bra can boost her breasts. His motto is: all bodies are beautiful, so you must learn to love what you've got. And if you can't do that, wear magic knickers and a pair of "killer heels", which always seem to do the trick!
