Hi everyone,
for those of you who have been wondering/ have asked I just wanted to share a little update with my situation.
After the end of the show, career moves etc I really put having a baby on the back burner.
Fast forward two years and I am now mother to a beautiful 5month old baby boy, born on New Year’s Day and engaged to my best friend whom I’ve known for over 16years. (My little brother's best friend and to be exact!) he’d been hiding in plain sight all this time. Who knew?!?
From doing the show to finding a sperm donor to be a SMBC, to doing it the old fashion way in the end! And finding out we were pregnant the day before our appointment with a fertility specialist.
Motherhood is an absolute trip, there are no words and also many words at the same time! Postpartum has been tricky but all to say is that I’m in love with this little mushy human and I just never knew being a mother would unlock a whole world of emotions and fears and hopes and dreams. I hope you get to experience that one day.
My journey to mother hood has not been easy at all but it’s truly been worth it. If motherhood is your dream, there are many ways to make this happen, please don’t be disheartened mama, what is meant for you will be yours. Thank you for all the kind words of support and wish you all well.
