Trying to track down a cartoon....

Please can you help tracking down this cartoon that my daughter watched a bit of when she was younger... She enjoyed the pictures at the time but I seem to remember it having some quite teenage humour, or at least older than say Paw Patrol or whatever, so it was a bit old for her at the time.

It was an animated cartoon, not CGI. Main character was a young boy but I think his family were in it intermittently too.

Could be from about 1990's onwards, we found it on YouTube.

We only vaguely remember a couple of plots: in one episode the chap's socks had come alive they hadn't been washed for so long and his mum put them in the wash and either a sock got lost in the wash or it was no longer 'alive' now it was washed so he was super upset; another was something to do with American navy seals in which there was some kind of battle going on with actual animal seals involved, lots of walls being blasted through in an over-the-top manner, and the closing scene was a warship sinking and his seal friend waving goodbye.

Originally American but we watched it in French translation. I've tried ChatGPT and Wiki and Google but the name in French may have been altered so nothing is ringing any bells.

Any candidates? :-)

Not sure about the particular episode you've described, but Teen Titans Go is something ds watched when younger and a lot of the jokes/references went right over his head at the time. The over the top action fits with that too.

Doug?
Hey Arnold?
Ed Edd and eddy?

Hey Arnold?
Ed Edd and eddy?

None of these :-(
Animation was most similar to Hey Arnold of this list.
Thank you!
