Channel four and on more four.
Based on a book I've read ( although it's not my demographic!) and I'm enjoying this adaptation.
The lead actress is very good.

I’ve watched them all- found them super easy to watch as they’re only just over 20mins per episode. I never got round to reading the book but I really enjoyed this. I agree about the lead actor & I enjoyed location spotting in Brixton. I could really relate to her breakup & subsequent anxiety about being single in her 30’s. Also her promiscuous period & how weird & disappointing so many men are! Loved her sense of style & the outfits she wore & thought she had an amazing figure.

I feel that Dionne Brown is definitely one to watch. I admit I wasn't aware of the actress before this, but she is brilliant in this and very natural.

being single in her 30’s

Nit picking here but in the programme she's 25 to 26. There's a comment about a quarter life crisis. She's quite young really.

I enjoyed the series, thought it had a bit of style and good actors, a couple of messages to consider.

Oh sorry 🤦🏻‍♀️, I completely made that up then! You’re right, she’s a baby.

Loved the book and loved the adaptation which stayed true to the book.

Loves it, but I hadn't read the book. The last episode is a tad predictable and schmaltzy but satisfying.

I've watched 2 episodes and a bit disappointed. It's not living up to the expectations that the advert promised. But I'll stick with it as they're only short episodes.

I also thought her boyfriend was out of order and absolutely should have defended her when the nan insulted her. And then to say he's fed up of her 'drama'. She's deffo better off without him and hope she ends up with Frank who's clearly smitten.

Fun and easy watch with great acting, recommend!

I've just finished this.

I don't really know how to describe it. It really hit me

Just binged it over three nights. Loved it, great adaptation. Worth a rewatch (and a re-read) because I’m sure there are bits I missed.

I think anyone who watches it will find parallels with their own experiences. I’m 20 years her senior but lots of it resonated, including Ted - I had a Ted at work.
