Can someone answer a quick question about tonight's Eastenders?

Someone spoke to me at the crucial point. What happened between Janine and Pat which culminated in Janine pointing to her name in the wall and Pat apologising and saying that she got her wrong? Then there was the big argument based on Pat "getting Janine wrong"... how had she got her wrong. I thought she was pretty spot on!

I think something to do with Janine waiting for her dad to come home when she was a kid. While she was waiting, she carved her name into the wall.

Janine had always maintained she loved her dad, and Pat said that she was insincere. Apparently the name carved in the wall proved Janine's sincerity.
