I'm on episode 4 but just don't know what to make of it. Is it just me or does Jeff Daniels have a terrible southern accent and he also over playing the part? I have little sympathy for the character and the only one I like is Peepy or whatever his name is. Also not really sure where the wrongful arrest storyline is going either and how it fits in with the rest of it. I'm only sticking with it because it's 6 episodes.

Absolutely loved it. Like Dallas on steroids. Highly entertaining nonsensical daftness.

It's quite close to the book and the Jeff Daniel's character is if anything a bit toned down from the book. As it is based on a Tom Wolfe book pretty much all the characters except Conrad are horrible.

Watched it all at the weekend. Bloody loved it. Satisfying ending IMO 😉
