Its probably between them and the magician for me tonight. But missed the beginning, so don't know if there were any of the other acts I liked.

Dc just walked through the room, and us a big Billy Eilsh fan. He said the singer was trying too hard and it’s meant to be a gentle song. Sounded off key to me.

That was really boring. But wtf is going on with the audience? Are they all pissed? Even Bruno looks pissed off with the ' Bruno! Bruno!' Every time he talks. Once or twice is unamusing but fine, but every time for 2 hours?

I swear the audience never used to be this rowdy

I liked them but think their audition was better I found all the neon lines distracting too

For me this year a lot of the acts have been diminished from their audition pieces by all of the trickery which seems to have been deemed necessary for their semi finals. It’s all lights and lasers and streamers and backdrops and props. In some cases I think this just overwhelms what actually turns out to have been not an amazing act in the first place and in some cases it distracts from what is a good act because there’s so much nonsense going on around it.

My DS is taking the piss out of me becsuse I said Double Dutch was a craze from when I was a child in the 80's. He said its been a thing since the ' olden times' and he's done it at school.

Completely agree, I found the lights really off putting on these guys, same as when they swamp people with backing dancers etc

Just keep it basic so we can properly focus on the acts. Even Innocent yesterday I found at times was drowned out by the choir

Interestingly, the cheerleaders didn't have all the gumf going on so I could properly focus on them and I'm not usually into that sort of thing but would have them in my top 2 for tonight

I really think they should add skipping into the primary PE curriculum and include double Dutch and French skipping too. I bet it would be quite popular.
