TV aerial question. Need help!

There are two TVs in my house and they have both stopped working and won't show live TV. The apps work fine. I have tried retuning with no effect.
I can't see an aerial on the roof.
It's a newly built house.
Any ideas what could be wrong or how to put it right please?

Can you trace the aerial from the TVs, maybe it's in the attic, we put one in our attic years ago

I'll have a look in the attic. Not sure what I'll do if it's there though!

BobnLen I've been up and the aerial is in the attic. It all looks fine.
Does anyone know what I could do to it to fix it?

I have no idea but perhaps some else may come on to help but because its both TVs I would first check that the actual place where the TV programmes are from hasn't had an outage, (Freeview?) like when broadband goes down. You should be able to watch most things live through your TV apps if its off for a while or you need an aerial person in.

As the aerial is suppling multiple points there may be a splitter/amplifier that has been unplugged/ switched off/ fuse gone.

That might be near the aerial in the loft.
