Completely sympathize with the kidnapping instinct - could you spare him just for one more night so that I can see him perform? Also my babysitter is expecting me to bring him home for a nice post-theatre 'visit' as well!

I'll let you have him till 9am the next morning then I expect to see him back in the shackles bringing me my brekkie

Very true though, better to be immature and have someone to brighten up the day than be all sensible I'm counting it as good groundwork to shame dd when I point out DT in 20 years and go 'ooooh, I fancied him SO much'.

Yes, that was really based on a bad experience DT had at my house, although they did use some artistic licence, he was really there for more like 8 days, not 3.

Seriously, I hope no-one ever sets me up that way - I'd have embarrassed myself too much, my first words would probably have been along the "OMG - I LOVE YOU!" lines than the "F**k" of that bloke.

He's a good sport though, not many actors of his sort of standing that would happily do that stuff
