I get he's had Botox and possibly a tummy tuck but I couldn't stop looking at his face as he looked like a weird caricature of his former self with his cheeks looking puffy but not a single wrinkle or crinkle from his nose up... c'mon Simon that's too much.

Didn’t he look dreadful?! Not only his bizarre over-worked face, but his weirdly scrawny body with puffed up biceps and shoulders.
And he walked very shakily. I know he had that accident but I’m sure I’ve seen him walk more normally since then.

Yes, I thought the shape of his body and how he walked was really strange too.

His voice had a bit of that mumbly tone that people have when their mouth doesn't move properly because of all the work/fillers. It wasn't helped that they showed that old clip of when they first pranked him, when he looked normal, so the contrast was so obvious.
