Hannah is a goddess really isnt she

Yup.

How come Matthew Perry didn't get a mention in the list of deaths??

MadelineWuntch · 18/02/2024 20:20

Matthew Perry trending because he was missed off the obituary section. He was a successful movie actor, I can't think why he would be missed off

I can't see it. I can't see it with Barry Keoghan or Paul Mescal either. I much prefer the old guard of Irish actors like Liam Neeson.

At last Cillian has a unique look. Paul Mescal looks like every other Irish man his age.

He's not a film actor. He was in the TV award in memoriam though.

Ahh, poor Matthew Perry :(
Might be a genuine mistake by BAFTA ?

The Whole Nine Yards with Bruce Willis? Plus other lower profile films.

Squeakysqueaky · 18/02/2024 20:22

BAFTA had a lot of kick back for using the friends theme in the TV awards and leading with him as the star death. I think having him in 2 in memoriams would have been too much, not when far bigger stars passed away.

colouringindoors · 18/02/2024 20:23

Oh wow! She's a seriously underrated, powerful actress

CrushingOnRubies · 18/02/2024 20:23

Oh I love both David Heyman and Samantha Morton - good choice for the fellowship

Aquarius1234 · 18/02/2024 20:23

I think Andrew Scott is good looking. He did seem to be losing his hair few years back. But not anymore.
He suits facial hair more and a more casual look.

Jellykat · 18/02/2024 20:24

Aw Samantha Morton looks chocked up, but my god what an amazing actor

Squeakysqueaky · 18/02/2024 20:24

She deserves this, it's good to see her being recognised.

colouringindoors · 18/02/2024 20:25

Ah she looks really choked up.

Jellykat · 18/02/2024 20:25

Minority report! she was astronomical

Last year. I think it was BAFTA. I might be living in a twilight zone.

Igneococcus · 18/02/2024 20:27

Andre Braugher was also missing, unless I missed him.

Squeakysqueaky · 18/02/2024 20:27

The Whale is an unbelievable film

Squeakysqueaky · 18/02/2024 20:27

She's had a remarkable career to date!

CrushingOnRubies · 18/02/2024 20:28
