Sorry if there's a thread on this, I couldn't see one. This is the only one of those emergency type shows I really like (well that and Saving Lives at Sea) lovely episode tonight, the wee ambulance man from Northern Ireland was so lovely! And I felt so sorry for the homeless man, what a desperate situation. How the paramedics keep their patience given what they face I do not know.
