Yes, I really like Michelle- sometimes a character works straight away- Luca did, Scarlett, Suni.

Kirsty and Nina- nope.

(Though I'm warming to Kirsty). There were a couple of episodes with Nina, but there is still way too much am-dram over acting. Even for Doctors.

So, Michelle is trained to work with the police as well. That's very convenient in Emma's absence.
