Once upon a time (I wasn't there but I have seen old game shows on Challenge!) people entered telly game show competitions to win a car, a holiday or a bit of cash. At some stage TV competitions seem to have changed into reality shows and the lines are blurred. They enter nowadays to be famous! I guess this started with Big Brother, but I wondered about this watching Would I Lie To You last Friday and seeing a guy called Wilfred who I had never heard of until I looked him up. I'm quite looking forward to seeing Fred Housego on Strictly next year.
